* Ensure all kitchens are kept cleanand tidy according to current Health & Hygieneregulations.
* To count sort and prepareoperating equipment as required.
* Ensure correcthandling of chemicals and equipment as per manufacturersinstructions.
* Ensure all operating equipmentcrockery cutlery & glassware is hygienically cleaned andsafely stored.
* Follow the regular cleaningrosters and standard methods for deep cleaning of floors wallscoolers ovens & operating equipment.
* Tocontribute to cost control through energy conservation and thecareful use of water cleaning materials and otherappliances
* Ensure garbage is collected anddisposed of correctly from all kitchen areas eachshift.
* Utilise safe and hygienic methods forthe removal of dry and wet waste.
* Any otherreasonable request as required by your Supervisor or HotelManagement.
* Helps receive deliveries and tidiesfood items according to storageguidelines.
* Cleans and tidies the workplace andemployees dining room following the supervisorsinstructions.
* Loading bay duties tidingcleaning and receivingdeliveries.
