Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Organisational Development and Talent Manager to join our HR team at Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the implementation of the council's Workforce Strategy.
2. Deliver effective workforce planning and development.
3. Provide learning and development and organisation development solutions that support the council's Corporate Strategy.
4. Build workforce planning frameworks and associated learning and development strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of organisational development processes and interventions which embed transformation and culture change. Extensive experience in building workforce planning frameworks and associated learning and development strategies is essential. You are a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with ease.
