About The Company:
To ensure the profitable, efficient and safe operation of the HEY contract, to include all peripheral services supplied to clients either directly or outsourced. Ensuring a quality service delivery to all customers in accordance with legislative requirements and company procedures while ensuring effective and adequate financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis of direct cost and overhead.
Ultimately responsible for debt management, disputes, resolution and accurate and comprehensive invoicing ensuring timely cash collection in accordance with agreed targets. Effectively manage all managers within your portfolio and take ultimate control recruitment, work scheduling, training and pay and conditions. To retain existing business and support the sales team in achieving relevant growth targets for new work.
Health & Safety Purpose: To take a direct management responsibility in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities. Collation and ownership of the area Health & Safety plan that covers your specific area of responsibility.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage the delivery of all services on the contract to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the Division.
* Complete monthly Trading review slides for the Senior Team Meeting.
* Complete the monthly Balance Score sheet for the senior Team.
* Have full P & L accountability for your contract of operation and ensure that it is managed within budget, ensuring that maximum revenue and gross margin are achieved.
* Payroll, approve monthly payments and sent to Pay10 1st of the month.
* Monthly finance report, to breakdown payroll information, comparison to Power BI Report, wages, Holiday, sickness, Overtime. Sent Holiday trackers & stock takes.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Hold current Health & Safety Certification - IOSH.
* Achieved a minimum of BIFM Award, but ideally Certificate of qualification.
* Knowledge of other soft services and experience in delivery is preferred.
* Experience in Healthcare of managing a multi site, service based, low margin business with a minimum turnover of £5m.
* Proven track record of direct operational management experience which has been gained ideally within the service industry with full P&L accountability.
