Our client is a well-known business locally and is looking for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Alfreton.
This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £33,000 (DOE).

Our client can offer hybrid working (2 days working from home).
Job Description
Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
* Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed accurately
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Ensure cash payments are allocated correctly
* Bank reconciliations
* Supplier management
* Ensure timely processing of supplier payments
* Resolving queries
* Responsible for multi-site ledger
* Treasury duties when required
* Ad hoc duties that may be required
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk:
* Experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk position
* Treasury experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge of Purchase Ledger processes, accounting, and finance systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Brilliant attention to detail
* Multi-site experience
* Able to commute to our client's office in Alfreton (3 days per week)
