QHSE COORDINATOR
Reporting directly to the QHSE Manager, the QHSE Coordinator will play a key role in the development of our business and will assist in the company's Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental objectives. You will also work closely with the engineering and operational teams to further develop a strong, robust but pragmatic approach to raising the bar in each discipline.
Main responsibilities and duties:
* Support the QHSE Manager with the development and maintenance of the Company’s QHSE documentation and QHSE Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (latest editions).
* Conduct employee inductions and re-inductions.
* Maintain register and certification of all lifting and plant equipment.
* Maintain COSHH register.
* Maintain Training and Competence register.
* Assist in maintaining Calibration records.
* Maintain Equipment/Facility registers and ensure all PAT testing is up to date.
* Carry out safety monitoring as detailed within program.
* Assist with QHSE internal and external Audits.
* Carry out Task Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks.
* Maintain safety awareness Company wide and drive employee QHSE training to ensure competence.
* Assist management in the continuous improvement in the quality of services and products supplied.
* Promote a positive QHSE culture within the Company.
* Liaise with management on QHSE matters within tendering processes, and engineer work scopes.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* NEBOSH National General Certificate (advantageous)
* QHSE Experience: 2 years (preferred)
* Auditor Training (advantageous)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have good accuracy and attention to detail.
* Background experience in a similar engineering environment desired.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our offices in Bucksburn, Aberdeen, with frequent travel to TDC's site within Aberdeenshire.
