This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Customer Interaction : Handle inbound calls and emails related to billing queries and payments. Resolve customer complaints in line with business process timeframes. Adhere to customer satisfaction criteria and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). Billing and Payments : Process customer payments and update accounts promptly and accurately. Identify and resolve billing disputes efficiently. Operational Excellence : Adhere to customer service policies and procedures. Maintain current policies in line with business requirements. Escalate unresolved issues to the office manager as needed. Ensure compliance with contracts and business obligations. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and GDPR. Stay updated on relevant regulations and apply them within the department. Upselling and Promotion : Proactively promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with team members to resolve customer issues. Exhibit a strong team-player mentality.
