We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Head of Capability and Capacity to join our professional team.

The post holder will be a quality improvement expert who will be responsible for building KCHFT’s QI capability, capacity and confidence through training, coaching and development so that skills and experience are embedded in teams’ daily work, resulting in a cultural shift across the trust. Deputise for the Associate Director in their absence.
The post holder will have expertise and a proven track record in successfully developing, implementing, measuring and embedding QI strategies and training to increase improvement capability, performing skills gaps analysis and competency model reviews. They will be a senior member of the QI leadership team, responsible for overseeing and delivering on core parts of the QI department annual objectives and ensuring all teams feel empowered to use improvement methodologies to deliver tangible change.
