A HR Partner is required to join the human resources team of a well-respected multi-trust academy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for improving employee experience. Client Details The organisation is a renowned Education organisation, covering 2 sites in Brighton with a headcount of 300 pupils and staff. Description Implement and contribute to local and national HR strategies Develop, coach and support a team of 2 Undertaking case work and ER related matters - advising and leading the process Coaching and guiding line managers to improve capability with manage employment related issues Supporting the CPO with performance management and continuous development of employees Maintaining administrative oversight of HR information/records Ensuring advice and actions are in accordance to the Trust's policies - supporting development of future policies Support the recruitment process and onboarding/offboarding process Helping develop retention strategies and reduce turnover based on analysing key information Profile A successful HR Partner should have: A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of staff The ability to be hands on and operational, but demonstrate strategic thinking Experience in an education or not-for-profit organisation is highly advantageousJob Offer A salary up to £50,321 per annum A fulfilling role in a reputable organisation Opportunities for professional development 30 days holiday Please note, due to the role being in the education sector, the role is 4 days a week on site If you are a passionate HRBP looking for a rewarding role in an education/not-for-profit organisation, we encourage you to apply
