Role Summary
As Therapy Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team and developing effective therapy strategies. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality therapy sessions to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical team and develop effective therapy strategies
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, schools, and external partners
- Manage the therapy caseload and ensure timely delivery of interventions

Requirements
- Recognised degree in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or registered as a practitioner psychologist with the HCPC
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle required
