We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Nutrition Therapy team. In this role, you’ll be driving both new and existing business within both the independent commercial compounding market and licensed NHS units.

Your role will also include responsibility for:
* Maximising sales by utilising a high standard of product, service and market knowledge
* Identifying key leaders within the market
* Developing and achieving a personal sales and profit plan
* Establishing strong relationships with both target and existing customers
* Establishing the need for our range of aseptic services
* Focusing on the development and conversion new opportunities
* Identifying, developing and proposing new revenue generating services
* Attending trade exhibitions, meetings and work visits
* Working with the relevant trade bodies to develop your knowledge and presence
* Attending and participating in strategy meetings
* Providing both short and long term business development plans
What you’ll need to succeed:
* A Life Sciences related degree, an ABPI qualification or experience within the NHS
* A demonstrable working knowledge of aseptic/nutrition
* A strong understanding of NHS structure and buying patterns
* Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
* The ability to work using your own initiative
* A full UK driving license
