Term Time only plus 5 INSET days JG4 SCP 7 £25,584 – SCP 11 £27,269 pa Actual (pro rata) annual salary £13,665 - £14,565 The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with our dynamic Inclusion Team as our Pastoral Team Administrator. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, creative, and compassionate team member to support our Inclusion Team. The main elements of the role include: Undertaking administration duties to support Pastoral Team work priorities Maintaining tracking information on Behaviour, Rewards, Interventions, etc. Maintaining Pastoral Mentor Team filing system including student information where required Maintaining Safeguarding Team filing system and organization of meetings, rooming etc. It is important that applicants recognise the safeguarding responsibilities that all adults in schools hold, and the checks that are needed to allow all adults in school communities to work there. The role will involve contact with students in the school, and the successful applicant will need to fully understand, and undertake regular training updates on, our safeguarding protocols and how to report on these if needed.
