What you’lldo?
Regional Recruiters will beresponsible for managing/implementing recruitment plans/strategiesincluding attracting and resourcing potential candidates at alltimes. You will also be responsible for posting adverts as requiredon social media and other available platforms. You will developnetworks in the local community and attend regular community eventsthroughout the year, promoting City and County Healthcare Group.You will be a key contact for our community engagement and overseeall aspects of recruitment in your region to ensure there is aconsistent clear, smoothprocess.

Qualifications
Whatyou need?
Good standard level ofeducation required, no formal qualifications in HR or recruitmentrequired. Excellent customer service skills – evidence of puttingthe customer first Self-starter who is organised, efficient andautonomous.
Excellent local knowledge of sourcingand recruitment techniques including social media. Fluency inEnglish (verbal and creative written communication skills) andadditional languages is advantageous. Ability to collaborate andwork effectively in partnership with others. Super connectors wholive on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media outlets.Professional customer service orientation, polite, friendly andcommercial.
