Venn Group has been approached by a private company who are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk (part time)
Location: Leeds
Length: up to 3 months
The role will involve:
* Processing and coding invoices
* Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
* Handling bank and statement reconciliations
* Preparing and issuing weekly reports
* General bookkeeping duties and carrying out ad hoc tasks
* Monitoring a purchase ledger email inbox and reaching deadlines
* Preparing BACS payments and weekly pay runs
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be available at short notice.
