Let’s grow together … Purpose of the role Responsibility for analysis, design and execution of test scenarios against the proposed solution to ensure the solution meets the business needs utilising an Agile Framework. Working closely with product owners to understand requirements and develop accurate test approach. Duties and responsibilities Working as part of agile delivery team to test functional and non-functional requirements Analyzing and designing test scenarios which most effectively prove the requirements of the business Contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria Create Test Scripts and Test Cases based on reviewing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Contribute to all areas of testing including regression testing Attending scrum ceremonies such as; sprint planning, daily-stand-ups, sprint reviews Deliver agreed artefacts to support understanding and supportability of your deliverables Set up and maintain standing data for system configuration Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of testing standards for use by the team and/or department as a whole to promote the quality and effectiveness of IT Solutions Utilizing Azure DevOps to create test suites and test cases aligned to user stories Identify issues or problems which may jeopardise project deadlines or compromise the solution required and highlight/escalate any issues or concerns your Delivery Manager Conduct peer reviews within and outside your team Contributing to projects in a range of different areas as required e.g. resolving design issues, analyzing test feedback, QA Ensure all tracking tools are kept up to date on a daily basis Liaise with Architecture team and Infrastructure team to ensure your solutions are in line with their standards About You Skills Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Highly self motivated Keen attention to detail Ability to perform analysis and design for projects including impact analysis on existing systems for any proposed solutions Flexible and able to multi task Ability to effectively prioritise and work under pressure to deliver quality solutions Excellent analytic and problem solving skills Ability and willingness to provide technical leadership Ability and willingness to learn new technical skills and apply them effectively Strong customer focus and team working skills Qualifications and experience Experience using Azure DevOps. Working hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch). This is a Fixed Term Contract for 3 months, Training Relevant training will be provided.
