Job Description
* Providing administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations.
* Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
* Assisting in organising meetings, conferences, and team events.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
* Coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders.
* Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Supporting with additional tasks as required by the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial service or public sector.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience of diary and email management along with minute taking.
