Our client is seeking an experienced HR Change Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across their business. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead and support people-focused change initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a good understanding of organisational design, change management, ER and workforce planning.
What you'll do:
* Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of change on employees, structures, and processes.
* Develop and manage project plans for HR-related change initiatives.
* Drive alignment across multiple change programs.
* Support the development and refinement of organisational structures.
* Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of change.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill managers on organisational design and employee relations (ER) processes.
* Develop practical toolkits and guides to support managers in leading change.
* Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to develop and implement solutions that enable successful change programs.
What you bring:
* Proven experience in HR change management and transformation within a fast-paced organisation.
* Experience / understanding of multiple change programmes; redundancy, restructuring, offshoring, TUPE etc.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across all levels.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Solid understanding of ER processes.
