What you will be doing:
* In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Network and operational teams with daily decisions. Ensuring all Network routing instructions and flight & truck schedule changes are published in a timely manner, ensuring any service implications are understood and raised.
* Monitor usage and capacity on both flights & trucks.
* Create, maintain and manage Bagging & Routing data in Routing guide database for EMA, SDC, IE, Scotland.
* Update & maintain flight weekly capacity dashboards.
* Maintain ULD requirements for EMA and LHR within RUM.
* Communication and coordination of flight schedule changes with EU Slots & Schedule, GNOG, INCC, UK/IE ramp teams.
* Review daily DDI outbound truck capacity to ensure fully utilised and cost controlled.
* Work in conjunction with UK Planning CAL team to ensure all maximum uplift & connectivity of material to destinations served on CAL through UK & IE.
* Track routing compliance on both inbound and outbound movements feeding back on non compliance to applicable.
* Provide piece counts on where routings are changing to Process Engineering and Ops for both LHR and EMA.
* Extract data from OPMS and analyse piece counts for routing changes affecting EMA and LHR Ops as and when required.
* Analyse from daily On Hold report for routing non compliance and feedback to relevant origins for review.
* Analyse daily data for chosen inbound and outbound flights for routing compliance and feedback to relevant origins for review.
* Monitor daily truck linehaul usage between EMA and LHR.
* Support H&G Ops teams in network problem solving.
* Issue routing, ULD split & bagging instructions to UK & IE in response to Network routing changes received.
Stakeholder Management:
* Stakeholders (EMA operations; EU NPG, EU RTC, UK NPG Commercial Air team, EUNCC/INCC)
You’ll bring to this role:
* A safety first attitude. You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required.
* Proficient in utilising Microsoft systems especially Excel.
* Able to analyse data sets.
