A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories is looking for a loss prevention specialist for one of its multi-million turnover, flagship stores. The role of loss prevention specialist is a varied role that encompasses stock control, security, cash control, health and safety auditing and risk and compliance management. You will work closely with senior leaders in store, to ensure the effect management of all areas of responsibility. You’ll achieve this through strong working partnerships to ensure they understand the importance of these aspects of the retail operation. The ideal candidate will come from a similar retail or hospitality environment. You’ll gave gained experience in loss prevention, health and safety and risk management, along with having a deep understanding of back of house operations within retail or hospitality. It’s essential that you have the ability to engage with senior leaders and peers, along with being able to communicate effectively to the in-store teams. In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £35,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £3,800 per year. Tired of working long hours and every weekend? This is predominately a Monday to Friday role working 8:30am to 4:30pm. You will need to be flexible to work the odd early or late shift, along with the occasional weekend, as the business requires.
