Churches Fire & Security Ltd is an industry leading National Fire & Security business who is rapidly growing and seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join their team. We are now seeking a Mid-Market Sales Surveyor to organise and manage a busy pipeline of sales enquiries. Responsibilities include:
* Organising and managing diary and qualifying leads from initial enquiry.
* Arranging site surveys and customer face-to-face meetings.
* Completing a design and cost relevant to the enquiry.
* Producing tailored proposals and negotiating the successful award of the work.
* Being sales-driven and becoming a successful valued part of our National Accounts Team.
The Role:
* Respond to enquiries through various platforms with an intent to develop new customers.
* Attend sites for existing and potential customers to develop the enquiry.
* Review enquiry and collate information to quote required works.
* Work alongside key stakeholders within the business to ensure enquiry meets customer expectations and full compliance.
* Produce costing for any enquiries, obtain supplier pricing and seek approval for design and costing, where needed.
* Meet business and customer deadlines for proposals.
* Follow up with customers to review proposals, acting upon feedback ensuring the customers’ requirements are met.
* Produce and maintain accurate weekly forecast reports for the National Accounts Sales Manager.
* Ensure all stages of the sales process are updated within the NAV (CRM) system.
* Actively seek out new service and installation opportunities when possible.
* Maintain excellent communication with all customers and departments.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will have experience in CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire alarm services & sales.
* Experience in surveying, designing, and quoting for security systems and fire alarms.
* Proven track record in business development.
* Self-motivated, driven, and thrive in a targeted environment.
* Proactive, hard-working, and driven to achieve set targets.
* Experience working with new and existing customer bases.
