Job Title: Customer Services/Telesales Team Leader Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Salary: £35-40,000 plus bonus Pension, Life Assurance, 25 days Holidays. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Services / Telesales Team Leader to join their dynamic team and help continue to grow and succeed in delivering top-notch service to their customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the Customer Services/Telesales team to achieve sales and profit targets. Serve as the communication centre for customers and internal departments related to customer service. Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient operational methods to streamline the department. Communicate promotions to customers and assist in driving telesales initiatives. Collaborate with supply chain to manage stock by notifying stock outs. Train team members on systems and reporting procedures. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer service issues. Handle inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Process orders accurately and timely, preparing performance reports as required by the business. Meet or exceed sales targets and promote customer engagement and retention. Monitor and update customer pricing, ensuring competitive rates. Facilitate the onboarding of new customers efficiently and proactively. Key Deliverables: Achieve team sales and profit targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Produce accurate and timely reports for management and sales meetings. Conduct regular team performance reviews and ensure continuous development. Oversee the smooth running of daily operations for Customer Services and Telesales, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Required Skills & Experience: Experienced working in a busy office with telesales and customer service activity. Supervisory experience in a customer service/telesales environment. Experience in a fast-paced office setting, ideally within the FMCG sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong time management and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
