Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual student needs
Support students with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with support staff, parents, and other professionals

✅ Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔️ Experience working with SEN students (preferred)
✔️ Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education
✔️ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
