2. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
3. Experience in project management and preparing annual PPM budgets.
4. NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications in Health and Safety Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage M&E contracts to ensure superior service delivery.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Maintain and monitor technical installations.
4. Lead on PPM planning and budgeting.
5. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
