What a great opportunity! We are excited to be partnering with an established organisation in East Sussex who are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within the organisation.
With a team of four, the HR Manager will have overall responsibility for c100 staff, working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations, supporting the business to encourage a positive and engaging environment for all staff and it’s residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation’s overall goals.
* Lead and direct the recruitment and selection process to ensure Managers attract and retain top talent.
* Oversee employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs.
* Provide support and guidance to management and staff on ER matters to include conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance
* Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
* Review, maintain and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications:
* CIPD level 7/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
* Proven experience in an HR Manager role or a similar capacity - care sector desirable
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment law.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Change management experience.
* Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
