Your new opportunity
We are recruiting a full time Administrator to support Quarrier Village Supported Living Services in Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm office based.
As the service Administrator you will work alongside managers, team leaders and support staff and provide them with day-to-day administrative support. The role will include working to strict deadlines and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently. You will also work closely with another administrator and cover for each other during breaks and annual leave to ensure service administrative duties are being covered and met.
What you will need to bring to the role
Previous experience in working in a similar role
Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
