About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Senior IT Change Analyst to support us in leading change efforts to drive successful technology adoption and minimising resistance in IT and technology projects across our business. This role will be based at our Head Office, located directly across from Southern Cross Station, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Conducting detailed impact and readiness assessments for technology roll-outs.
Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure buy-in from key user groups.
Overseeing the design of comprehensive training programs, ensuring effective user enablement.
Leading the execution of communication strategies, and crafting messages that drive engagement and adoption.
Identifying change risks and resistance points and developing targeted mitigation plans.
Facilitating change workshops, focus groups, and coaching sessions to support leaders and teams.
Partnering with IT, project teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment between technical deployment and business needs.
Measuring and reporting on adoption success metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
About you
You will have experience in an IT delivery role with experience in supporting change management. Our ideal candidate will have :
At least 4 years in change management with technology adoption, or digital transformation.
Experience in change impact assessments, developing training and communication strategy, and analysing user adoption analytics.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and / or DevOps.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other PM tools.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration.
Knowledge of IT technology, application development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT systems.
Tertiary qualification, or proven extensive experience, in IT or business-related discipline.
Change Management certifications such as Prosci Change Practitioner Certificate are preferred.
Other qualifications and certifications such as Agile, PMBAK, Prince2, IIBA are highly desirable.
