Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation Management:
* Lead end-to-end project implementation for new services, systems, and development changes.

* Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts.

Experience:
1. Experienced in continuous improvement, project management, or a related role within operations.
2. Knowledge of ERP systems focusing on warehouse functions within inventory control.
3. Experience in a highly regulated industry with an understanding of batch traceability.
4. Proven track record of leading and implementing improvement projects.
5. Experience managing operational/production departments.
