About the role We are looking for assistant managers to join the team at West Bridgford. Day to day you will be involved in the management of the site, ordering, forecasting, quality control and developing a team to deliver excellence. A comprehensive, individual, mentored training programme with support given to all successful applicants in order for you to reach your goals quickly. You will have a least 1 years' experience of working within a hospitality / catering environment and have some management or basic supervisory experience You will be passionate about delivering great customer service and food quality You are a good communicator You're always keen to learn new techniques and share your knowledge with your team You want to be able to influence decisions in the work place and take pride in your recognised accomplishments We hire people who want to grow, learn and progress.
