Our Behavioural Strategist will understand the importance of psychology and customer experience in marketing. They are passionate about understanding the feelings and drivers of online consumers and users. The Behavioural Strategist is a critical role within the agency to deliver our clients’ strategies and support their online growth. Furthermore, the Behavioural Strategist will be crucial to instil Human Behaviour and Behavioural Science as a true USP within the agency. You will be known as the expert for psychology, behavioural economics and personas and will evangelise the potential of Human Behaviour across the organisation. The Behavioural Strategist will influence the work of all departments across the agency from the CX team, Paid Media and SEO to provide insights to improve performance in all aspects of marketing. Key Responsibilities: Behavioural Strategy Development: Create, embed, develop, evaluate and update a behavioural strategy that drives the agency’s USP Growth and Profitability: Grow a sustainable department focusing on behavioural economics, achieving agreed financial KPIs Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the team Service innovation: Continually raise the bar and maintaining a competitive edge Client Servicing: Build positive and trusting relationships with clients to deliver on KPIs Sales & Marketing: Contribute to agency new business development Continuous Professional Development: Taking ownership of your own development What does success look like?
