About the company?
With a huge focus on the quality of the designs and their staff, this practice is looking for a personable Architectural Technologist who not only takes pride in their work but enjoys what they do – either someone at experienced or Senior level who has experience running their own projects in a range of different sectors. This practice is known for their variance and work in areas such as logistics, offices, education, leisure, industrial, residential and community – lots of different things to get stuck into!
Due to their workload and ambitious plans, this position could unlock doors to more senior opportunities for the right individual and they are now in a phase of expansion, hoping to bring on 3 new individuals over the next 3 months. We’re looking for the best Architectural individuals across Northamptonshire, so if you’re either an Architect or Technologist, we want to hear from you!
A proven track record of running your own projects independently as well as managing / producing drawings and specifications would be highly advantageous. Their software package of choice is Revit and AutoCAD so the ideal candidate will be able to use both to BIM level 2. Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly, outgoing and ambitious individual, who is looking to kick on with their career could this be you?

* Proven track record in running your own projects or nearing this level
* Experience with managing more junior individuals would be advantageous
* Experience using both AutoCAD and Revit
