My client, based in Stockton-on-Tees, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join their team and manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
* Accurately process customer orders and maintain records
* Build and maintain operational relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing sustainable solutions
* Maintain effective communication across internal teams to meet customer requirements
* Inform customers of any additional charges and provide order updates and relevant documentation
* Coordinate necessary documentation for import, export, and transit movements
* Drive continuous improvement and streamline internal processes for enhanced customer satisfaction
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving and maintaining KPIs
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of all charges to customers
* Monitor order performance and suggest improvements to enhance margins on customer accounts
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum of two years of customer service experience in an office-based environment
2. Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English or relevant degree (desirable)
