Team Leader
Full time - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 6.00am - 10.00pm
£25,378.08 - £27,766.83

1. Motivate, develop and support every member of your team.
2. Manage resources and lead by example in safety and customer service.
3. Find and take opportunities to improve processes.
Required skills & experience
1. Retail experience with a proven ability to motivate others.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
3. Positive, curious, and full of ideas for improvement.
4. Willingness to learn new technologies and working methods.
5. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
