Scope of Services
Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:
1. Familiarization with Contract (and project) scope and requirements
2. Development and monitoring of the TDR
3. Review and expedite progress
4. Support engineering leads to deliver
5. Provide interface between management and engineering team
6. Support for proposals including narrative, background data sourcing and / or CTR writing
7. Any other support requested by the PM or EM or corporate line manager
Deliverables
Services should be provided, within the agreed schedule to produce, or assist with production of, the following deliverables / reports. Where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order. Key deliverables to include:
1. Input into and review of:
1. Project execution schedule, plan
2. Scope of work
3. Weekly and monthly report
4. Risk and assumptions registers
5. TQ and STQ register
6. Cost estimate
7. Project close-out report
2. Attendance at and input to:
1. Weekly meetings
2. Workshops including HAZOP, constructability, etc.
3. Interface and other Client meetings
4. Internal project and management meetings
Documents will be checked for quality, completeness, and accuracy to ensure they meet both Petrofac’s quality and acceptance criteria and the end client’s requirements. Correction and resubmission of deliverables will be required where this is not the case.
