Key Duties
* Regional Marketing Insights: Gathers, interprets, and presents market insights to key business stakeholders. Coaches the team to gather and present relevant customer segmentation and value proposition data. Guides sales teams and leaders on tailoring efforts to meet specific market needs. Develops and executes plans for collecting Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales on products, services, and market trends. Influences go-to-market direction based on marketing insights.
* Developing the Strategy and Marketing Plan: Guides others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan. Coaches others to identify weaknesses and provides direction for improvements. Gains organizational alignment with key stakeholders. Collaborates with other divisions to gather and implement best practices. Evaluates strategy throughout and proposes adjustments.
* People Management: Manages 3 direct reports.
* Customer Satisfaction: Develops KPI strategies, evaluates effectiveness, and proposes adjustments. Establishes metrics to measure marketing objectives' success in driving customer engagement.
* Business Analytics: Teaches analytical concepts and their application to business decisions.
* Leadership: Leads a team of professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, and enforcing policies. Promotes an environment of growth and development. Makes decisions impacting operations and the company.

Package and Benefits
£75,000 - £86,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (15% annually) + Company car or Car allowance (£650 Pcm) + Pension, Medical & Wider package.
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
* 5+ years medical device and marketing experience preferred.
* 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Persuasive without organizational authority.
* Understanding of complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
