Service Delivery Deliver a consistent, patient centred, caring service. Ensure all patient case notes are processed in a consistent and timely fashion in line with monthly invoicing requirements. Liaise with clinical and medical staff regarding patient and medical queries. Co-ordinate patient treatment pathway throughout time in the clinic. Co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of patient prescriptions and legal documents. Prepare and complete Patient notes. Remote Administrator Duties. Referrals to external providers or NHS Hospitals. Undertake cashiering duties.
