Location: Leicester with hybrid working
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 pro rata
We are looking for someone to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract to develop and deliver the relaunch of one of our key business lines at Cambridge & Counties Bank.
If you can lead the strategic development and marketing delivery of our key business lines, playing a pivotal role in creating its marketing strategy, creating a comprehensive multi-channel plan and managing its delivery across all market channels, then we would love to hear from you!
About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
* Significant marketing experience, ideally within financial services.
* Demonstrable experience of delivering multichannel marketing with equal experience of digital and non-digital.
* Ability to interpret research findings and turn them into actionable marketing plans.
* Experience of building reporting metrics to measure ROI for marketing activity across digital and non-digital channels.
* Comprehensive understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
* Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills, particularly at senior level.
* Negotiation and relationship management skills, including agency management experience (creative/digital).
* Creative thinker, that can work at a strategic level and see 'the bigger picture' but ensure the delivery happens on time and to plan.
* PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
