This full-time position will provide valuable support to a Year 4 class, helping to deliver high-quality lessons and ensuring all students are supported in their learning journey. What You'll Do: Assist the classroom teacher with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons Provide PPA cover and support the classroom during planning, preparation, and assessment time Work closely with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support across all areas of the curriculum Help create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment for students Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to both the teacher and parents as necessary About You: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with children in a classroom setting, particularly with Year 4 students Strong understanding of the National Curriculum Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to use your initiative Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential This is an exciting opportunity to join a school that is committed to creating an inspiring and nurturing environment for its students.
