We’re looking for a talented Website Manager to help us take our client’s online presence to the next level. You’ll be instrumental in realising our virtual brand and shopping experience.
This is a hybrid role - 2 days a week in the Surrey offices.

The Person
* Solid experience within a B2C/D2C Ecommerce role.
* Proven track record of scoping, planning and managing website development projects.
* A master of the principles of brilliant web design, conversion rate optimisation and user experience.
* Web analytics experience, with good working knowledge of GA4.
* A data-driven approach with enthusiasm for testing, so we know exactly what is working and what needs to be improved upon.
* Confidence in turning data into insights and proactively executing on the decisions we make as a consequence.
* Experience working with Agile project management and managing development backlogs.
* A real can-do attitude with willingness to get your hands dirty, get on with the job and make great things happen.
