We are actively seeking a dynamic Level 2 Diving Instructor to become an integral part of our vibrant team at Trowbridge Sports Centre. Our commitment revolves around providing every customer with an enjoyable experience at our leisure campuses across Wiltshire.
As the Level 2 Diving Instructor, you will deliver engaging and innovative diving Lessons to participants, ensuring that they are safe but also effective during both dry-side and wet-side elements of our lessons whilst following the Swim England Diving awards 1-7. You will be responsible for screening prospective pupils to make sure they are safe to participate in the classes, as well as maintaining weekly records of attendance and progress. This will include being available to the customers both before and after the sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide. You will guide and support our Level 1 Diving Assistants with their lessons and their own development acting as a guide with advice for planning lessons and developing the diver’s skill chains.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a valid Level 2 diving qualification recognised by the governing professional body. Your possession of the right qualifications, coupled with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer care within a leisure environment, will make you an ideal fit for our team.
