Site Manager Construction - Residential Projects - Nottingham Based Your new company A leading property development firm based in Nottingham, specialising in supported living and residential properties is hiring a Site Manager. This company is renowned for its innovative approach to housing solutions and its commitment to quality and sustainability. Your new role You will oversee the development of various projects, including timber frame construction, renovation projects, and new-build houses. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from cradle to grave and then move on to a new site. This role requires a hands-on approach and experience with timber frames, new-build houses and knowledge of how to lead renovation projects. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience in timber frame construction, repurpose and renovation of brownfield sites, and new-build houses. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Relevant qualifications in construction and project management (CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid and more).
