We currently operate under SALSA accreditation and are waiting to receive our official BRCGS certification in the next month. About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join our growing team. As an integral member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our production team. We are looking for an individual who is trustworthy, reliable, punctual and excited to contribute to the success of a family-run business.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of products
• Manufacturing Vanilla products, bottle, pouch filling labelling and packing
• Picking/packing customer orders
• Maintain a high level of hygiene throughout the premises and ensure an organised workspace.
• Contribute to quality control processes to meet high standards in line with BRCGS Food.
• Be willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Physically fit for manual tasks, we sometimes have to lift 25kg ingredients.
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
• Exhibit at trade exhibitions (occasionally)
About You
Skills and Experience
• Proficient in using a computer.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers for meticulous paperwork management.
• Hardworking team player but also capable of working independently.
• Background in a food manufacturing environment
• Flexible and adaptable to a vast variety of tasks
• An understanding of SALSA/BRCGS, food safety & food hygiene
