Job summary The post holder's overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge, and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives. The role will involve providing data analysis training and support for team members and ensuring that databases and systems are accurate and hold the relevant patient information to allow accurate financial, clinical, and business reporting. Main duties of the job Produce regular information reports, including planned and ad-hoc reports for the ICB, NHSE, Business team, Personalised Commissioning Team and wider CHC team. Lead on the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) reports. Have strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced excel spreadsheet skills with proven experience in data manipulation. Ability to identify, manipulate complex data and produce professional reports with the use of Power BI. Lead on data cleaning projects in improve integrity of data. Work proactively with the performance and data manager and other data analysts in reviewing data to aid the delivery of and compliance of key performance indicators and other performance metrics. Undertake dip data sampling on regular basis to highlight any discrepancies and gaps for potential training. Support team on their day-to-day activities as required and provide on-going training, advice and support on own area of responsibility for service improvements.
