Office based Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 and Saturday on a rota basis 8-12 noon (2 Saturdays a month) Our client is seeking a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys a busy pace of work and delighting customers. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience of working on a service desk for a motor dealer, or a transport supervisor/manager. We are also open to workshop controllers who have worked within a dealer network. Your role: Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT's, PMI's and other general maintenance for customers Liaising with our technicians and external garages Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up Managing breakdowns for customers Customer Onboarding: Arrange terms and conditions for new clients. Documentation & Compliance: Gather 3rd party insurance and compliance documentation as needed Record-Keeping: File remittance advice notes and maintain organised records The person: Relevant experience in similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organisational skills IT literate, confident using MS Office and the ability to learn new systems Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively Customer service skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively Our client offers a great work environment and progression for the right candidate.
