What do we do?
Caterpillar Inc. is the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. We offer services built on cutting-edge technology and decades of product expertise.
The Technical Services department is responsible for the assembly, test, paint, engine finish, logistics, and maintenance processes within the manufacturing facility. This role utilises the Caterpillar Production System (Lean Manufacturing) Principles to deliver People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC) improvements.

* Operational efficiency support
* Developing and installing new control processes
* Compliance process development activities
* Identifying & delivering opportunities for process & facility improvements

* Investigating new technologies and solutions for production processes

Who are we looking for?
We seek people who are open-minded, excellent problem solvers, and quick learners. You will be motivated and hard-working. Applicants will be on target to achieve a minimum of 2:2 honours degree level in a relevant discipline:

Other relevant management degrees may be considered.
