More Detail About the Role
This role will be based on Petter Day Treatment Unit. The post holder will predominantly be providing specialist outpatient care, working within the clinics, specialising in consultations, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care. The post holder will have a specialist interest in Colposcopy, Post Menopausal Bleeding and 2 week wait. As a Nurse Colposcopes, the post holder will assess and diagnose abnormalities by way of scanning and biopsy and refer for further care as necessary.
The post holder will work as part of the team on Petter DTU, providing support/training and advice when needed and would need to be an excellent role model, able to use their own initiative and have a commitment to the development of this service.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 or 07:00 - 19:30
