The Role As Marketing Executive (Content Creation), you’ll be the creative powerhouse behind our short-form content strategy. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Events Manager, you’ll craft engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and other digital content that showcases upcoming films, events, and the unique REEL Cinemas experience. Beyond social media, you’ll develop a diverse range of digital assets to support promotions across film, food, and retail, ensuring REEL Cinemas remains a must-follow brand. You’ll also play a key role in empowering our teams to create their own compelling content, ensuring a consistent and authentic voice across all locations. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation: Produce fun, high-quality videos and visuals that drive engagement across film, events, and food & beverage. • Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging, versatile copy and visuals - from film assets and food/beverage imagery to various promotional materials - for our website, social media, and email campaigns. • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Events Manager to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns that bring REEL Cinemas to life. • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and find innovative ways to keep our content fresh and relevant. • Team Development: Train and inspire on-site teams to create and share their own content, building a library of authentic, locally-driven material. • Performance Analysis & KPIs: Track content success through engagement metrics, reach, and audience growth. Use insights to refine strategies, ensuring maximum impact.
