As a Classroom Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping students with their learning, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and promoting an inclusive environment. Your support will enable students to achieve their potential, build confidence, and develop essential skills. Responsibilities that you will have: Provide one-to-one or group support to students, assisting them in understanding and completing learning tasks. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities. Help prepare and organise resources to facilitate engaging lessons. Support students in developing social, communication, and study skills. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers. Encourage positive behaviour and support students in following school routines. Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Qualifications & Experience required: Previous experience as a Classroom Support Worker or similar role in an educational setting. A relevant qualification such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents. Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and support varied learning styles. Organisational skills to manage resources and tasks efficiently. Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for education.
