Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only (Ongoing with Potential for Permanent Position)

About the Role:
1. Provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
2. Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies.
3. Support children in their social, emotional, and academic development.
4. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalized interventions.
5. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Experience working with children with SEND in a school or personal setting (e.g., supporting a family member with SEND is also considered valuable).
2. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
5. An understanding of the challenges faced by children with SEND and the ability to adapt support accordingly.
