In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of strategic planning (60%) and hands-on execution (40%), ensuring that every campaign, menu launch, and park activation delivers an unforgettable guest experience. You’ll manage multiple menus, oversee the Cameo system, and collaborate across teams to bring marketing requests to life—all while keeping everything aligned with Haven’s vibrant brand. This is very much a project role, working to tight deadlines, rather than creating the campaigns.

- Menu & Brand Development – Overseeing the creation, production, and rollout of multiple menus across parks, ensuring alignment with branding, pricing, and Haven’s strategic vision. Acting as a brand guardian for all F&B propositions.
- Stakeholder & Budget Management – Collaborating with park teams, the F&B Director, external agencies, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Ensuring marketing spend is optimised for maximum ROI.
- On-Site Implementation & Content Creation – Conducting park visits to ensure correct display of POS materials, menus, and marketing collateral. Organising food photography shoots to maintain high-quality visual content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Marketing & Project Management Expertise – Proven experience in marketing and project management within hospitality, retail, or leisure, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and menu production.
- Systems & Budget Management – Skilled in handling marketing requests and system management (Cameo or similar), with commercial acumen to oversee budgets and optimise ROI.
