As a sales assistant you will welcome customers into the store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it easy for them to select the best product for their home and lifestyle You will assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, ensure correct point of sale and help keep high retail standards. Completing all necessary administration and sales quotations, arrange customer fitting and deliveries. You’ll need an eye for detail and be good with numbers. Key responsibilities Service and providing professional advice to customers Measuring and estimating with confidence- booking measurements in Ensuring individual sales targets are met Using store paperwork and computerised systems Liaise with third party fitting teams and in house fitting team. Calling customer will update on when products will be fitted. Assist with receiving of deliveries. Complete daily accounting paperwork and managing payments instore Assist with stocking and merchandising of the store. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff. Able to deliver great customer service. A great communicator who loves to help people. Driving licence preferred not essential Keeping the showroom clean and tidy.
