Purpose:
* To deliver a great shopping experience for customers, prioritizing customer needs.
* Champion new ways of working within stores with an open mindset and positive attitude.
* Complete tasks and processes that deliver ‘best in town’ standards.
* Serve and sell across all channels effectively.
* Act as the voice of the customer to help improve services.
Key Accountabilities:
* Dress and style mannequins to agreed standards each launch and throughout the season.
* Deliver seasonal window implementation.
* Maintain ‘best in town’ presentation standards and cleanliness in the store.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season.
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively.
* Share customer and colleague feedback for continuous improvement.
* Support colleagues in skill and confidence building.
* Own personal learning and development through digital solutions.
* Understand daily sales targets and promotions.
* Have strong product knowledge to recommend products and services.
* Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs.
* Understand store priorities and contribute effectively.
* Complete tasks efficiently in line with SOPs.
* Minimize costs and waste through good practices.
